Using the app

Settings and backup

The Settings dialog holds the things that apply to the whole app. Anything that belongs to a single widget lives behind that widget’s gear instead, so this dialog stays short.

Language and font

The interface is available in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese. The default follows your system or browser language; set it explicitly here to override that.

The font choice affects the whole interface and is mostly a matter of taste.

Liquidation Terminal API Server

Shows the health of the data connection as a latency light — green, amber or red — rather than an address. If liquidation widgets stop updating, check here first: a red light is a connection problem, while a working light with empty widgets is a data or access problem.

My sound files

Upload your own audio clips and use them for price alarms, real-time liquidation sounds and the cascade alert. Clips are stored on your device and are included in a backup if you choose to include them.

Nothing copyrighted ships with the app

The built-in sounds are plain tones, a SAME-style data burst and an EAS-style attention signal, all synthesized rather than recorded. If you want a specific sound, upload it yourself.

Backup and restore

Backup writes a single file containing your settings, every saved layout, the current arrangement, your price alarms and the chart workspace. Sound clips are optional because they dominate the file size.

Restore reads that file back and reloads the app. This is how you move a workspace to another machine, or to the desktop build from the browser.

A backup never contains your licence

Your access token is stored separately and is deliberately excluded. Sharing a backup does not share your access, and restoring someone else’s backup will not grant you theirs. See Access and licence keys.

Resetting

Reset settings clears settings, layouts, alarms and uploaded clips after a confirmation. It does not remove your licence — being locked out by a reset you meant as tidying up would be a nasty surprise.

For something narrower, most widgets have Reset this widget behind their gear, which touches only that widget’s options.

Open source licences

Lists the open source components the terminal is built on, including the aggr chart, which is GPL-3.0. The modified chart source is published as required by that licence.
